Airluxe Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Airluxe. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with the best service and support. Your product comes with a one year replacement warranty so that you can enjoy our product stress free. But we are there for you even once the warranty period expires for spares & consumables.

Warranty Coverage

  • The warranty period starts from the date of purchase, as stated on your Invoice/Warranty Card, and is valid for 12 months.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal usage conditions.

Complaint Resolution Process

Resolution Timeline

  • Upon receiving your complaint, we will guide you through the resolution process, which may require you to send a video demonstration of the defect via email or WhatsApp.
  • You may be needed to return the defective product securely packed with all contents to our service center or central warehouse.
  • The resolution may take 10-15 working days after receiving the product.
  • Repairs or replacements will be provided as per the nature of the defect.
  • Note: Any claim without returning the defective item will not be valid.

Warranty Terms & Conditions

The warranty is valid only if:

  1. The product has been used and maintained properly, without any negligence, mishandling, falls, or unauthorized repairs.
  2. The product is purchased from Airluxe’s authorized dealers or retailers only.
  3. The serial/model number on the product is intact and has not been deleted, defaced, or altered.
  4. The product is used only for personal/domestic purposes.
  5. The defect is not caused by unauthorized peripherals, equipment, or accessories not recommended in the user manual.
  6. The product has not been damaged due to Animal interference, Lightning or abnormal voltage fluctuations, Fire, natural disasters, transportation damage, or water exposure (unless specifically mentioned in the user manual that the product is waterproof).

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of parts.
  • Damage due to accidents, misuse, or improper maintenance.
  • Tampering or attempted repairs by unauthorized persons.
  • Indirect or consequential damages, including data loss, loss of income, or expenses incurred for self-repair attempts.
  • Replacement of damaged/broken or worn-out parts, which will be chargeable based on the company’s price list.

Limitation of Liability

Airluxe India Pvt Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances beyond the maximum price charged for the product.
